In this temporary, part-time role, you’ll support donor communications, assist with stewardship efforts, and help maintain accurate donor records—all while contributing to a community-driven mission.
This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in fundraising and donor relations while working in a collaborative and mission-focused environment.
This is a temporary position anticipated to last approximately 3 months.
Donor Relations Associate Duties:
· Support donor relations efforts with a focus on direct mail and general donor communications
· Assist with mail merges and email campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp
· Maintain and update donor records within CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
· Support stewardship activities including acknowledgements and donor outreach
· Assist with reporting, tracking donations, and ensuring data accuracy
· Provide excellent customer service when interacting with donors and internal teams
· Assist with mail merges and email campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp

Schedule:
- Part time, approximately 24 hours
- Flexible schedule during core business hours
Pay: $28.50 per hour
Donor Relations Associate Requirements:
· At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, stewardship, or marketing
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Experience with mail merge tools (Mailchimp or similar)
· Experience working with a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
