District Manager

We are conducting a search for an experienced District Manager to lead operations across multiple fast-casual Mexican restaurant locations. This role is ideal for a hands-on, people-first leader who thrives in a high-energy, guest-focused environment and knows how to drive results without losing the culture.

The District Manager is responsible for overall district performance, partnering closely with Restaurant General Managers to coach, develop, and execute operational and financial goals while maintaining consistent brand and guest experience standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams
• Drive operational excellence, food safety, and brand consistency across all locations
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Monitor and manage key metrics including labor, food cost, sales, and profitability
• Execute action plans to improve performance and support growth initiatives
• Support new restaurant openings and transitions as needed
• Maintain a strong, visible presence in restaurants and foster a positive, people-first culture

What We’re Looking For

• Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
• Proven ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Comfortable using reporting tools and operational systems
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between locations
