We are seeking an experienced District Manager to lead operations across a defined group of restaurant locations within a multi-site, customer-focused environment. This role is responsible for driving performance through strong leadership, people development, operational execution, and financial accountability.

The District Manager partners closely with on-site restaurant leadership, providing coaching, guidance, and strategic direction while maintaining a consistent presence across assigned locations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop restaurant managers and leadership teams
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Drive operational consistency, compliance, and guest experience standards
  • Monitor key performance indicators including labor, cost controls, and productivity
  • Develop and execute action plans to support performance improvement, growth initiatives, and new restaurant openings
  • Foster a people-first, results-driven culture across all locations


Qualifications

  • Multi-site restaurant leadership experience preferred
  • Strong people leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational metrics
  • Proficiency with business systems and reporting tools
  • Ability to travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations
