A complete security provider with forty remotely dispatched vehicles serving the needs of commercial, industrial, and residential customers throughout the New York metro area is looking for a bi-lingual (English & Spanish speaking), experienced dispatch manager to join our team on-site.
We are seeking a customer centric individual for this fast-paced, non-stop environment. Five or more years’ experience managing a team, along with the ability to multi-task and schedule field service, then re-schedule on the fly, as-needed.
Familiarity with filed service dispatch software.
Write detailed proposals based on customer requests and field teams' site surveys.
Managing and scheduling of field installation and repair teams.
