Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as technology, information systems, or business preferred.
- 10 years of progressive experience in IT or related roles, including demonstrated leadership or oversight responsibilities.
- Familiarity with business systems, data environments, and reporting or analytics tools.
- Background supporting organizations with sales, operations, or data-driven functions is a plus.
- Experience contributing to or leading technology initiatives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities Include:
- Systems & Operations
This role includes oversight of core systems and infrastructure, ensuring platforms and applications operate effectively and remain well-integrated. This includes business applications, and cloud-based platforms. Responsibilities also include maintaining strong standards around system performance, data security, and overall reliability. This role will also help integrate multiple systems including CRM’s and ERP’s.
- Team Leadership
The individual will provide guidance and coordination across a small team while managing relationships with external partners and service providers. This includes ensuring that support services are delivered effectively and that internal teams have the resources they need.
- Leading Technology Direction
This role is responsible for shaping and supporting the organization’s technology direction by contributing to a roadmap. The roadmap should align with business priorities and long-term growth. This role will implement solutions that enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve overall visibility, while ensuring systems remain aligned with evolving internal and external needs.
- Data and Reporting Capabilities
The position will oversee the organization and usability of key data sources and work closely with internal teams to improve reporting capabilities. This includes supporting the development and enhancement of tools that provide clear, actionable insights and enable more informed decision-making across the business. This includes working with syndicated data sources and multiple client portals.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
