About the Role
As our Director of Business Development for Texas, you will lead the charge in establishing and expanding our multispecialty group across the state. This is an "omnidirectional" growth role where you will be responsible for diversifying our service lines within new and existing partner facilities.
You will act as the primary face of the company, building high-impact partnerships with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Assisted Living (ALF), and Residential Care Facilities (RCF). Your mission is to replace fragmented care models with our comprehensive, all-in-one clinical solution, covering everything from medical and psychiatric Services, Psychotherapy, Medical and Psychiatric Directorships. New Modalities ,dentistry, podiatry, and wound care, Audiology and Ophthalmology .
Core Responsibilities
- Texas Market Expansion: Execute a high-velocity growth strategy across major Texas metros, focusing on large facility networks and independent regional owners.
- Team Leadership & Hiring: Identify, hire, and manage regional clinical liaisons and support staff needed to ensure seamless operations in the Texas territory.
- Relationship Management: Leverage an existing "book of business" to secure contracts with facility administrators and executive directors, navigating the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) regulatory environment.
- Omnidirectional Advocacy: Educate facility leadership on the clinical and operational benefits of an integrated, multispecialty approach to resident care.
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial prospect identification to final contract negotiation and facility onboarding.
- Compliance Awareness: Stay current with Texas-specific long-term care regulations, including recent 2025 updates to dementia training and disaster registry requirements. Texas Health and Human Services (.gov) 7

- Competitive Base Salary
- Performance Bonuses: Uncapped signing bonuses for every new facility contract secured (SNF, ALF, RCF tiers).
- Regional Stipend: Monthly allowance for travel, business expenses, and client engagement.

Qualifications & Skills
- Texas Regional Expertise: Deep, existing relationships within the Texas SNF/ALF landscape are mandatory.
- Proven Connections: 3–5 years of business development or sales experience specifically in the post-acute or long-term care sectors.
- Hiring Capability: Demonstrated ability to recruit and lead a regional team to support business growth.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Texas HHSC standards and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement models.
