- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Comfortable being hands-on and working alongside managers when challenges arise
- Exceptional communication and problem solving abilities
- Proven experience in multi-office management in a dental setting
- Proven track record of driving results, improving operational efficiency and fostering team success
