Dental Office Manager (Dental management experience REQUIRED)

We are seeking a talented full-time Dental Office Manager to join our Dental team. (Minimum of 4 years of Dental management experience required)

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with a stellar team, is motivated by setting and achieving goals, takes pride in their work, and has great attention to detail.

• Claim submission and RCM experience

• Providing estimates and presenting treatment with patients
• Managing schedules effectively
• Excellent communication skills with patients and teammates
• Enthusiastic personality
• Hard working
• Maintaining professionalism, empathy and resilience in a fast paced environment
• Managing office payroll corrections, time off requests
• Proficient with a paperless office. (G-Suite, Management software, Digital Imaging)
