Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues accurately
- Perform repairs correctly the first time
- Manage time effectively in a flat-rate or performance-based environment
- Provide detailed digital inspections to support customer transparency
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop culture
- Maintain tools and equipment in professional condition
Skills
- Advanced diagnostic skills (driveability, electrical, CAN systems)
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical data
- Experience with digital vehicle inspections
- Efficient in a flat-rate/performance-based environment
- ASE certifications (preferred, not required)
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Professional communication skills!

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
