As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the central point of contact between the customer and internal teams. You’ll support logistics, coordinate material shipments, resolve issues, and help implement new promotions and client programs. This role plays an essential part in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials and services to the client.

Customer Service Specialist Duties:
· Coordinate activities related to project coordination, order entry, and logistics
· Communicate directly with customers regarding orders, shipments, and inquiries
· Assist in implementing new business processes and internal improvements
· Monitor client activity and ensure deadlines and expectations are met
· Resolve inventory and material tracking issues to support accuracy
Schedule:
· Day Shift
· Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
· Must be available for occasional overtime or weekend hours
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
Customer Service Specialist Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· At least 2 years of experience in a professional office environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, and PowerPoint
· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
