Here's what the pay journey looks like:

Everyone starts in a paid training period at $15.50/hour. For people who are a good fit, most are earning $16.75/hour within 4 to 12 weeks. From there, those who find their rhythm typically reach $18.00/hour within 2 to 6 months — this is where most of our team lives and it is a great place to be. There are many who want to push that can make it to $19.50/hour within 4 to 8 months and $20.75/hour within 6 to 12 months. Then there are the top performers where this is their sweet spot mentally and physically — and these people are able to get into the mid-$20s per hour.

Some people find their happy place at $16.75/hour. They enjoy the craft, love being a part of our caring and friendly culture, and show up and make a consistent quality product every single day. We are genuinely thrilled to have those people on our team. For those who do not reach the $16.75 performance tier, it's not a big deal — it simply means this position isn't the right fit for them.

We are open to a range of schedules — anywhere from 25 to 40 hours per week. If you are a mom who needs to drop your kids off at school in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon, we would love to hear from you. That is exactly the kind of schedule we are happy to work around. The flexible part means we build a consistent schedule that fits your life — and then we stick to it together.
