Aftenro Home is looking for a Dietary Cook to join our team, must have prior experience cooking in a long term care facility and have worked with special diets.
Job Description – Cook/ Aid
Resident Nutritional Care:
- Plans, prepares, and serves nutritious, appealing meals to residents following orders, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, understand and speak English
- Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with residents and personnel.
- Seeks clarification of assignments and asks questions when needed
- Self-motivated and well organized.
- Demonstrate integrity, imagination and initiative, showing appropriate manner and conduct.
- Ability to relate well to persons of varying backgrounds abilities and expectations.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.68 per hour
