What You'll Do
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Payroll support.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes while ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Support manufacturing cost accounting, inventory reconciliation, and variance analysis.
- Partner with Operations and Executive Leadership to improve profitability and business performance.
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist with annual audits, tax preparation, and banking relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies.
- Lead and develop the accounting team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with financial reporting and month-end close.
- Working knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management.
- ERP system experience and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- CPA or CMA designation is a plus but not required.
