Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site
Compensation: $120,000-$130,000, based on experience

We’re seeking a seasoned Controller who’s not only a numbers expert but also passionate about operations, accuracy, and building scalable systems that support rapid growth. This role reports directly to the General Manager and Corporate Controller and plays a key part in driving profitability, accountability, and financial excellence across the organization.
What You’ll Do
• Oversee all accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll, job costing, and month-end close.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, cash flow management, and strategic financial decisions.
• Maintain and continuously improve internal controls and accounting processes.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and advise on revenue growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA or CMA preferred).
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a Controller or senior finance role.
• Proven experience with Service Titan and Sage Intacct — required.
• Strong knowledge of residential service business models (flat-rate pricing, job costing, and
departmental P&Ls).
• Skilled in process improvement, cost containment, and financial analysis.
• Tech-savvy with strong Excel and reporting system expertise.
• Excellent communicator, self-starter, and forward-thinker who thrives in a collaborative culture.
• Must pass background and MVR check; on-site role in Denver, CO.
