Continuous Improvement Supervisor

You will oversee key operational systems and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. In this role, you provide an objective evaluation of the site's performance and offer actionable recommendations to enhance overall operations. Your focus is on making processes simpler, faster, higher quality, and more cost-effective. You will be tasked with solving problems through data and providing actionable insights to increase process efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current processes and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide Lean Six Sigma tools, training, and support to optimize operations.
• Develop strategies to improve quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
• Identify issues or gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain operational standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with management on improvement initiatives.
• Prepare project updates, reports, and presentations.
• Conduct process assessments, root cause analyses, and time studies.
• Collect and analyze data to guide improvement efforts.
• Perform post-implementation reviews to confirm results and sustainability.
• Develop standardized processes, KPIs, and reporting tools.
• Promote continuous improvement and reduce waste and variation.
• Serve as the Lean expert and coach for DC leadership teams.
• Analyze data to address vendor or customer performance trends.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives and corrective actions.
• Ensure improvements are sustained through structured review processes.
• Present program performance, trends, and insights to leadership.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred, at least Green Belt is required)
• 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvements and project management

The work environment will be a large distribution facility with heavy parts.

This will be an onsite role.
