Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in the showroom to understand their renovation goals and design preferences through active listening and consultative questioning.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing expert advice on remodeling options, fixture selections, and maintenance considerations.
- Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and project timelines effectively to close sales confidently while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams on project planning, stock management, merchandising, and marketing efforts to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems; manage POS transactions and cash handling responsibly.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships for repeat business.
Compensation- Hourly plus commission plan. Starting rate negotiable based on sales experience.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
