Construction Production Manager opening for a well established, family owned disaster reconstruction company. Insurance restoration experience preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate would:
- be able to manage 7-10 projects concurrently ranging in project size from $5,000 to $1,000,000
- complete projects within specified time frame and budget
- be experienced in managing company staff and subcontractors
- ensure the required materials are on site
- possess strong communication skills
- have minimum 7 years construction production management experience
