Job Summary
Help us scale from 4 to 8 renovation projects per month as we expand a fast-growing real estate company that has helped hundreds of families achieve the dream of homeownership.
For over 10 years, our company has created paths to homeownership for families who are turned down by traditional banks. While conventional lenders rely on rigid automated underwriting, we work directly with buyers and provide practical solutions that make homeownership possible.
Because of this unique niche, our company is positioned to expand beyond our current market and bring this model to additional cities across the country.
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager who wants to grow with a company entering its next phase of expansion while managing multiple residential renovation projects.
Responsibilities
- Estimate renovation costs for properties under contract
- Prepare scopes of work and coordinate contractors
- Ensure projects begin within 24–48 hours of closing
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and timelines
- Manage contractors and approve draw payments
- Track budgets, schedules, and project performance
- Help build and manage a reliable contractor network
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in residential construction or renovation (General Contractor license is a plus)
- Experience estimating rehabs and preparing scopes of work
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-growing environment
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
Base Salary: $80,000
Performance Bonuses: $15,000 – $30,000
Total Compensation: $95,000 – $110,000 depending on performance
Our company is currently completing 4 renovation projects per month and scaling toward 8 per month, creating strong opportunity for performance-based earnings.
As the company expands into additional markets, strong performers will have opportunities to grow into larger leadership roles and help build new operations.
Our office is located in the heart of downtown Greenville next to Falls Park on the Reedy, providing a great environment for collaboration when you are not out managing projects.
Employment Structure & Benefits
This role can be structured as either W-2 employment or 1099 independent contractor, depending on candidate preference and experience. Benefits are provided for after the 90-day introductory period.
