What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial electrical systems
- Perform electrical service calls, repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot motors, generators, transformers, and primary and secondary electrical distribution systems
- Perform routine inspections and identify potential electrical issues before they become larger problems
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Accurately document equipment information, test measurements, service findings, and photographs when required
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding electrical issues, recommended solutions, timelines, and completed work
- Travel to commercial and industrial customer locations throughout the service area
What We're Looking For
- 4 years of professional electrical experience
- Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license required
- Commercial and/or industrial electrical experience strongly preferred
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with motors, generators, transformers, and electrical distribution systems preferred
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to climb and work from ladders, stairs, and scaffolding as required
