We're looking for an experienced Collision Repair Estimator who understands that accurate repair planning drives everything that happens afterward.

What You'll Do
- Inspect damaged vehicles and develop complete repair plans
- Write detailed estimates and supplements
- Communicate directly with insurance companies and adjusters
- Maintain accurate repair documentation
- Coordinate repairs with technicians and parts personnel
- Update customers throughout the repair process
- Assist with scheduling and repair planning
- Support production goals by identifying damage early and minimizing delays
What We're Looking For
- Previous collision estimating experience required
- Knowledge of collision repair procedures and vehicle construction
- Understanding of insurance claims and supplement processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple repairs simultaneously
- Detail-oriented approach to repair planning
- Mitchell experience preferred
- DRP experience is beneficial
- Valid driver's license
