Position Overview
The Clinical Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the clinical department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. This role partners closely with executive leadership to enhance clinical outcomes, support staff development, and evolve programs to meet the changing needs of patients and the healthcare landscape.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical counseling programs and strategies
· Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff while ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards
· Serve as a clinical representative with external organizations, professional associations, and partners
· Identify and resolve clinical challenges; implement initiatives to improve service quality and outcomes
· Collaborate on new service lines, partnerships, and innovative care delivery models
· Establish systems to collect and act on feedback from staff and patients
· Oversee recruitment, training, retention, and performance management of clinical talent
Qualifications
Required
· Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field (Ph.D. strongly preferred)
· Active LCADC and CCS licensure
· 5–7 years of clinical management experience with demonstrated leadership success
· Proven ability to drive operational performance and clinical outcomes
· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred
· LPC or LCSW licensure with supervisory credentials
