Duties
- Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence to ensure smooth office operations. Answering phone calls, emails
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and ensuring common areas are kept clean at all times.
- Assist customers in product inquiries and sales transactions with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Develop and implement engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and photography.
- Proofread all content for accuracy and consistency before publication to maintain brand integrity
Experience
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong understanding of social media management platforms.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
