Position Summary
We are looking for a caring and energetic Lead and Assistant Teacher to support our classrooms. You will work closely with the each other to create a positive learning environment and help children develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
What You’ll Do
Support daily classroom activities and lesson plans
Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
Supervise children and maintain proper staff-to-child ratios
Interact with children throughout the day (not just supervision)
Assist with child observations and progress tracking
Communicate with parents in a friendly and professional manner
Help with classroom setup, cleanup, and organization
Participate in staff meetings and required trainings
Support outdoor play and activities
Qualifications
CDA, Associate’s, or coursework in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
Minimum 1 year childcare or classroom experience (preferred)
Passion for working with children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, positive, and proactive attitude
Willingness to complete required state trainings
