Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 a year based on experience and education

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's in ECE, Child Development, Social Work, Psychology, or Education related field (Required) OR
- Associate's degree in ECE/Child Development PLUS 2 years of work experience in a licensed childcare facility OR
- CDA plus 3 years of childcare experience; TCC in ECE, Infant/Toddler Care, Preschool Care PLUS 3 years of experience
