Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Executive-Level Leadership Role in a Mission-Driven Organization
Our company is a well-established, multi-generational manufacturing company with a strong focus on environmental sustainability, and is seeking a hands-on, experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team. This executive role offers the unique opportunity to help scale a purpose-driven organization making a meaningful impact in the conservation and protection of waterways worldwide.
About the Role:
While this is a senior-level position, the ideal candidate will thrive in a "roll up your sleeves" environment. The COO will lead and support a growing team of 20 employees and oversee daily operations across key departments including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Customer Service, Finance, and Human Resources.
This role requires a proactive and strategic leader who can translate vision into execution. You’ll work closely with the President/Owners and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align operations with overall business goals, ensuring the company is well-positioned for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and align cross-functional teams to drive operational performance and support business objectives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and scalability.
- Evaluate and optimize organizational structure and processes to support ongoing growth.
- Use strong financial insight to manage company P&L, cost structures, and budget planning.
- Partner with leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to support continuous improvement and accountability across departments.
- Foster a positive, values-based company culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and results.

Work Environment:
