Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high standards of food quality and safety.
• Prepare, cook, and present a diverse range of menu items with attention to detail, consistency, and presentation.
• Oversee food production processes, including inventory control, food handling, and ensuring proper storage practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen environment while adhering to health regulations.
• Train team members on culinary techniques, safety procedures, and food service standards to foster professional growth.

Skills

• Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, dietary accommodations, and food handling protocols.
• Experience in food production, menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
• Skilled in managing shift schedules, controlling inventory costs, and maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and coordinate with front-of-house staff.
• Passion for hospitality with a keen eye for detail in food presentation and service excellence.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
