- Develop innovative menus aligned with current culinary trends and guest preferences while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth shift management, timely food service, and adherence to health regulations.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team.
- Coordinate banquet and catering events, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service.
- Maintain strict standards for food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols across all kitchen activities.
Skills
