Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing community. As a Charge Nurse, you will provide exceptional clinical care, oversee resident care, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight during shifts
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with regulations
- Complete resident assessments and update care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Communicate changes in resident condition
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Prior experience in skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
