Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and compassionate Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and clinical operations of our ABA Therapy Clinic. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and supportive environment for clients, families, and staff alike. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic setting, with a strong background in healthcare or behavioral services operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations of the clinic.
- Manage inventory, supply purchasing, staff scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding of new clinical and administrative staff.
- Serve as the primary liaison for parents, staff, vendors, and administrative leadership.
- Provide direct Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) services as needed.
- Support community outreach initiatives and assist with local marketing efforts.
- Monitor clinic budget, track expenses, and review financial performance with corporate partners.
- Ensure all therapists’ certifications, licensures, and training requirements are current and documented.
- Uphold strict HIPAA compliance across all clinic operations and staff communications.
- Maintain knowledge of emergency protocols and lead staff training on safety procedures.
- Receive and address client feedback with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with property managers and vendors for facility needs, including cleaning and maintenance.
- Lead employee engagement and retention efforts, including recognition programs and regular staff check-ins.
- Perform other administrative or clinical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
- Certification as an RBT required or willingness to obtain.
- 2 years of experience in a clinic or healthcare operations, preferably in a behavioral health or pediatric setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling systems, EMRs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing a behavioral health or ABA therapy clinic.
- Familiarity with insurance billing and authorizations is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
