Help our clients build life skills, achieve personal goals, and live as independently as possible in the community. In this role, you will manage a small caseload and provide individualized support in areas such as social skills, budgeting, meal planning, and healthy living. Days will also include coordinating and attending medical appointments, strong communication with client support teams, and regular client aimed at ensuring needs are being met and progress achieved.
Utilize your education and experience to help clients work through everyday challenges impeding progress by encouraging healthy communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
We are looking for someone who is patient, compassionate, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine desire to empower others.
Qualified applicants must have a bachelor's degree in a health or human services-related field, such as psychology, sociology, social work, education, healthcare, criminal justice, or a related discipline, along with at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
