Responsibilities
- Perform daily irrigation tasks to ensure proper hydration of cannabis plants. including planting, pruning, and harvesting cannabis crops.
- Utilize environments effectively to optimize plant growth and yield.
- Identify various plant species and monitor their health throughout the growth cycle.
- Apply basic math skills for measuring nutrients and calculating water requirements.
- Use hand tools for various gardening tasks, ensuring proper maintenance and safety protocols are followed.
- Assist with landscape management and lawn care as needed to maintain a clean growing environment.
- Collaborate with team members to implement best practices in cultivation techniques and pest management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in indoor cultivation REQUIRED
- MUST KEEP A CLEAN AND SANITARY WORK ENVIRONMENT.
- MUST HAVING GOOD ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
- Familiarity with plant identification and care techniques specific to cannabis is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in cultivation practices.
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing nutrients accurately.
- Proficiency in using hand tools commonly used in gardening and landscaping tasks.
