A growing and operationally complex organization is seeking a Business Transformation Program Manager to help drive enterprise initiatives from concept to execution.
This role is ideal for a highly organized and execution-focused professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys bringing structure, accountability, and momentum to complex business initiatives. The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership and functional teams to coordinate strategic programs, improve operational processes, and ensure critical initiatives achieve measurable business outcomes.
This is not a traditional project management role focused solely on schedules and status reports. Instead, this position serves as a strategic execution partner who helps align teams, clarify priorities, improve workflows, and drive business transformation across the organization.

What You'll Do
Lead Cross-Functional Business Initiatives
- Partner with leaders to define initiative objectives, scope, success measures, and execution plans.
- Coordinate enterprise projects involving operations, finance, sales, contracts, technology, reporting, and support functions.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure initiatives maintain forward momentum.
Bring Structure to Complex Work
- Develop roadmaps, workstreams, milestones, ownership structures, and governance processes.
- Manage risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items across multiple initiatives.
- Create visibility into progress, challenges, and priorities for leadership teams.
Support Process and Operational Improvement
- Facilitate current-state and future-state process design.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, accountability, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Document operational processes, roles, responsibilities, and execution standards.
Drive Accountability and Execution
- Track commitments, decisions, and deliverables across teams.
- Follow up on action items and escalate obstacles when necessary.
- Help leadership move initiatives from planning and discussion into implementation and adoption.
Enable Organizational Change
- Support rollout planning, business readiness activities, communications, and adoption efforts.
- Partner with operational and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Assist with change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in program management, business transformation, operations, process improvement, strategic initiatives, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, operational, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong project and program management fundamentals, including planning, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience improving business processes, workflows, and operational execution.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
- Ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting transformation programs, enterprise initiatives, operating model changes, or large-scale business improvements.
- Exposure to Agile, Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.
- Experience within field services, utilities, construction, industrial services, logistics, manufacturing, or other operationally intensive environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Power BI, Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, Lucidchart, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
