Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented with experience in Long Term Care Business Office Management. We are seeking a BOM who is experienced in resident billing in Medicaid, Medicare, third party billing and collections.

Responsibilities:
- Minimum of three years' experience in third party billing/collections in Long Term Care
- Long Term Care Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care experience preferred
- Knowledge of billing and collection practices and techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and at all levels of the organization
- Skilled in the use of computers and Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented
Qualifications
- Proven experience in long term care business office management
- Experience with nursing or health care settings is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask efficiently
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clinical staff, vendors, residents, and external partners
