We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to manage the top of the funnel for our business development pipeline and support growth within the Commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Assess inbound leads from marketing campaigns to determine potential fit.
- Prospecting: Identify and reach out to new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and social platforms.
- Client Engagement: Present company products/services to potential clients and schedule meetings for senior sales staff.
- Pipeline Support: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to account executives.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine outreach strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
