Key Responsibilities- Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and traceability.
- Operate effectively within a command center or high-pressure environment, coordinating across IT, business, and operations teams.
- Support initiatives involving encrypted and sensitive data, ensuring adherence to banking security, privacy, and data protection standards.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Navigate and support compliance and regulatory requirements common to financial services environments.
- Maintain high-quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a banking or financial services environment.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex systems, integrations, and data flows.
- Experience working with secure systems and encrypted data.
- Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and push back constructively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
