We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to support product education, retail engagement, and field marketing initiatives within an assigned territory. This role serves as a key connection between customers, retail partners, and internal teams by promoting products, gathering market feedback, and supporting brand growth through events and in-store activations.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, adaptable, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams. This position requires extensive travel throughout the assigned territory and a passion for creating positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Retail Engagement
- Educate consumers, retail partners, and distributors through product demonstrations, trainings, and promotional events.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, grand openings, open houses, community events, and other promotional activities.
- Conduct educational training sessions for retail staff on products, programs, and brand initiatives.
Territory & Merchandising Support
- Maintain merchandising standards and marketing displays within assigned accounts.
- Ensure marketing materials are properly distributed and displayed.
- Manage inventory of promotional materials and branded assets.
- Travel throughout assigned territories to support retail and marketing initiatives.
Marketing & Reporting
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and company initiatives.
- Gather customer and account feedback and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics.
- Provide regular field reports and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Visit company offices as needed to deliver feedback, attend meetings, and collect marketing materials.
Additional Duties
- Support departmental projects and business objectives as assigned.
- Participate in cross-functional training opportunities when required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed to support organizational goals.

Education & Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or a related customer-facing environment preferred.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive regularly for business purposes.
- Available for both on-site and remote work activities.
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when business needs require.
- Willingness to participate in cross-training and support multiple functions within the department.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods, including up to four hours at a time.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, squat, twist, and move throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments and temperatures.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to navigate office, retail, event, and warehouse environments as needed.
