The Role: We are seeking a high-level Branch Manager to take full ownership of our regional service and installation departments. This is a leadership-heavy role focused on branch profitability, logistical efficiency, and KPI management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Branch Oversight: Direct all activities for both Service and Install divisions.
- Logistics & Dispatch: Optimize field schedules and resource allocation for maximum output.
- KPI & P&L Management: Track departmental performance metrics and drive operational excellence.
- Technical Integrity: Ensure 100% accuracy in quality control and safety standards.
- Reporting: High-level data management using MS Excel and Outlook.
