Position Overview:
The Benefits Administration Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting employee benefit programs for our clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service. This role works closely with clients, insurance carriers, and internal payroll staff to administer benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefit offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration
- Administer and maintain employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans
- Manage employee enrollments, terminations, and changes in benefit plans
- Coordinate and support annual open enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate records of benefit elections and eligibility
- Work with insurance carriers and vendors to resolve benefit-related issues
- Streamline and implement SOP’s for the benefits department
- Assist clients in understanding their benefit plans and available options
- Provide guidance on benefit administration processes and documentation
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure benefits administration complies with federal and state regulations
- Maintain confidential employee information in accordance with privacy laws
- Assist with benefit audits, reporting, and documentation as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in benefits administration, payroll, HR, or a related field is required
- Strong attention to detail and strong data management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience working with payroll or HR systems is a plus
