Duties
- Management of day to day operations of a residential group home
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans
- Utilize therapy techniques to facilitate emotional expression and healing
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers
- Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources
- Stay current with best practices in behavioral health treatment and participate in ongoing professional development
- Perform quality assurance and quality improvement duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field; licensure or certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from varied backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills for documenting progress and collaborating with team members
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in behavioral health care
