What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server position at Confidential?
Hamptons Hotel and Restaurant seeking experienced, dynamic front of house talent for bartending and serving positions. We offer extremely competitive wages and are ideally looking for someone with availability Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday afternoon/evenings (NOT late night--shifts generally wrapped up by 10pm). There is potential (but not required) to pick up AM shifts or banquet events for additional hours if desired.
Organization, providing excellent service, professionalism and communication are all key in this role. The right candidate should be a self-starter that understands the importance of guest experience. Seasonal overnight accommodations may be available for those looking to relocate.
