Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising bar staff.
- Inventory Control: Ordering and maintaining stock of beverages, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Resolving complaints and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
- Compliance: Adhering to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Promotions: Organizing events and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers.
- Financial Oversight: Managing budgets and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment handling.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, catering or similar environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Clover POS system is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively during busy shifts.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and restaurant management principles is beneficial.
- Experience overseeing private event bar services.
