Assistant Bar Manager

About the Position:
Blissful Meadows Golf Club is seeking a motivated and friendly Assistant Bar Manager to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow into a leadership role within our food and beverage operations. We are looking for a hands-on individual who is passionate about providing outstanding service and working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting in the daily operation of our tavern, bar, and event spaces
• Ordering liquor, beer, wine, and bar supplies
• Supporting and supervising front-of-house staff
• Assisting with food expediting and banquet service during busy periods
• Helping with inventory management
• Supporting special events, weddings, and golf outings as needed

Requirements:

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or restaurant/bar management preferred
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to assist with hands-on tasks during rush times
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
