We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Automotive Finance Manager to lead our finance department. In this pivotal role, you will drive customer satisfaction through expert financial guidance, manage loan processing and credit analysis, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act). Your expertise will help customers secure the best financing options while maximizing dealership profitability. Duties
- Guide customers through the financing process, explaining loan options, contracts, and terms clearly and transparently
- Conduct credit analysis to determine appropriate financing solutions tailored to each customer’s needs
- Manage loan processing, title processing, and contract preparation efficiently using financial software systems
- Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance, and other dealership services to enhance customer value
- Negotiate terms with customers and lenders to secure favorable deals while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
- Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service, follow-up, and personalized communication
- Collaborate with sales teams to support automobile sales efforts and maximize deal profitability
Experience
- Proven experience as ar Finance Manager within an automotive dealership
- Strong knowledge of dealership operations, including deal structuring, credit analysis, and contract management
- Familiarity with financial software platforms used in automotive finance settings
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining integrity and transparency
- Basic math skills including 10 key typing proficiency for accurate data entry and calculations
- Background in customer relationship management (CRM), providing exceptional service from initial contact through post-sale follow-up
