A reputable and growing retail auto parts chain is searching for auto parts professionals to lead our stores. We are searching for Full-Time Store Managers in the Midland, MI general area. This is a salary position with opportunity for yearly and monthly bonuses.
Job Description
· The Store Manager must have prior automotive experience. He/She will be working directly with the General, Sales Manager and Operations Manager to service our existing customers and attract new customers.
· The Store Manager will report directly to the General Manager on established goals and budgets.
· Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
· They ensure we recruit, develop, retain, and train our team members who will deliver excellent customer service.
· Planning calls and customer contacts in advance, maintaining schedules and call frequencies needed to develop and grow customer accounts.
· Understanding customer needs and offering solutions
· Focus sales efforts based on company strategies, market intelligence and customer sales volume.
· Develop gross profits by adhering to price policies and understanding customer needs and market acceptance.
· Work retail store counter as needed to develop the team, meet potential customers and assist with inside sales.
· Meet and exceed company quotas
· Employee Scheduling
· Maintain an accurate inventory
· Enforce any and all company policies
· Any and all other duties assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Automotive parts experience
- Retail management experience

- Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems
- Available to work flexible work schedule
- Thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
- ASE certification preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
