Job Overview
Our well-established plaintiff’s personal injury firm is seeking two attorneys to join our team, ranging from associate level to experienced trial counsel. Candidates must be admitted in New York State and have strong experience handling motor vehicle accident cases.
Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings and motions
- Court appearances and depositions
- Settlement negotiations and mediations
- Jury and bench trials (for experienced candidates)
Requirements
- NYS Bar Admission – REQUIRED
- Proven experience in motor vehicle accident litigation
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills
- Federal admission a plus
- Familiarity with Smart Advocate case management software a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $120,000 – $190,000 (commensurate with experience)
Commission on every settled case
