A leading, patient-focused dental group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Periodontist to join our growing specialty team in Cary, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Periodontist who is passionate about advanced clinical care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and long-term patient relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional periodontal care including surgical and non-surgical treatments
- Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Perform clinical evaluations, diagnostics, and procedures with precision
- Educate patients on oral health and post-op care
- Collaborate with referring doctors, hygienists, and support teams to ensure optimal care
- Support a positive, respectful, and performance-driven office culture
- Ensure all procedures are compliant with current clinical, OSHA, and dental board standards
What We’re Looking For:
✔ DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
✔ Certificate in Periodontics from an ADA-accredited program
✔ Active North Carolina dental license and DEA license
✔ Current CPR certification and malpractice insurance
✔ Exceptional communication skills and chairside manner
✔ Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
✔ Patient-first mindset and team-driven leadership approach
