Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and have a strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology. This role involves working closely with patients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction while delivering a range of dental services.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Perform various dental procedures, including but not limited to, dental extractions, fillings, and prosthodontics.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Educate patients on oral health care and preventive measures.
- Utilize Eaglesoft software for patient management and record keeping.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver optimal patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology in patient interactions.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Strong understanding of infection control practices and dental terminology.
- Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Eaglesoft or similar dental software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
