Dynamic and rapidly growing Personal Injury law firm with a new office opened on the South Shore is looking to IMMEDIATELY hire a NYS DULY ADMITTED attorney to join our team. We are looking for an attorney with 3-5 years experience in plaintiff's personal injury. Spanish speaking preferred but not a pre-requisite.
Responsibilities shall include managing your own caseload from inception thru trial prep; drafting of pleadings, conducting depositions, EUO's, 50-h hearings, motion practice, heavy client and court contact including conferences and hearings; conducting legal research, communicating with trial experts and trial prep. Qualifications:
Possess a law degree from an accredited law school and be duly licensed to the NYS Bar;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Detailed-oriented and a team player;
Capable to work on your own with minimal supervision.
