Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed regional revenue goals
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B (business-to-business) accounts through proactive account management and relationship building
- Lead territory management efforts by identifying new market opportunities and conducting lead generation activities such as cold calling and networking
- Oversee inside and outside sales activities, including product demos, technical sales presentations, and upselling initiatives
- Utilize CRM software like Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate detailed reports for management review
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support territory growth and brand awareness
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Excellent business development capabilities with a focus on lead generation and direct sales techniques
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing data
