About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee several communities across Indianapolis IN area. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple properties, teams, and priorities while ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned communities.
- Supervise and support on-site staff
- Team performance accountability
- Monitor property performance, occupancy, and financial goals.
- Ensure maintenance standards, resident satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and review reports
- Capital improvement plans and execution
- Value add to the communities
- Coordinate with leadership on operational needs and performance updates.
- Visit properties regularly to assess conditions and provide hands-on guidance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management or a related leadership role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel between properties required).
- Manufactured Housing Management experience a PLUS
